Names Big Blue Products, Inc. as Authorized Parts Reseller for Distribution of
Computer Parts through North America, Central and South America in HP’s Parts
Reseller Program.

Station, New York, March 22, 2004: In an effort to increase their
presence in the computer parts market, Hewlett Packard Company has named Big
Blue Products, Inc, in Huntington Station, New York, as an Authorized Parts
Reseller for their Parts Reseller Program. Big Blue has been selected to sell
Hewlett-Packard computer parts throughout North America, Central America, and
South America. Currently, Big Blue is of one of only three authorized Product
Remarketing Partners for End of Life Parts for HP since 1997.
Big Blue
is a family owned and operated company with 18 years of experience in the computer
parts industry. They specialize in hard to find Compaq, and Hewlett-Packard
computer parts and maintain a multi-million dollar, onsite inventory. Big Blue
employs a team of A+ certified computer technicians that enables them to ship
quality, tested product the same day. The strength of the size of Big Blue’s
inventory, combined with the competence of their technical and sales teams,
will allow for the immediate response to virtually all computer parts and
repair needs for those HP customers both in the field and onsite as well as end
users. Their new role in the authorized distribution of HP parts is indicative
of the success they have had as a Hewlett- Packard Product Remarketing Partner
for the last six years.

Big Blue has had an online inventory order system in place for five years that
is highly effective in reducing the amount of time needed to procure parts.
Available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, this is especially critical given
that many customers in Central and South America (and even North America) are
faced with the inconvenience of time zone differences.
