QUALITY AND ENVIRONMENTAL
POLICY
“It is the policy of Big Blue Products, Big Blue
Global Exchange, and Castle Enterprises to provide products that consistently
satisfy the requirements and expectations of our customers, and to be
environmentally responsible in all aspects of our business. To foster this policy, the company operates a
Quality and Environmental Management System, in accordance with the
requirements of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
The Quality and Environmental Management System
is comprised of the Quality & Environmental Manual and all associated
documents. Management and staff at every
level shall be made aware of its requirements, responsible for its adoption and
implementation, and provided with the resources necessary to pursue this
policy.
The Quality and Environmental Management System
is regularly reviewed by senior management for adequacy, and for its ability to
meet established objectives.
Specifically:

Increased customer satisfaction through delivery of defect-free
products.
Ø
Development of a reliable supplier base, capable of defect-free
product delivery to the company.
Ø
Increased employee proficiency and job satisfaction through
awareness, training, and development programs.
Ø
Increased environmental preservation through pollution reduction
and prevention.
Ø
Maximization of company profits through elimination of quality and
environmental problems and related costs.
Ø
Consistent and ongoing regulatory compliance.
Ø
Continuous improvement with respect to the above-stated goals.
The commitment to implement a successful Quality
and Environmental Policy begins with an organization's executive
management. As President, I therefore
affirm my commitment to this policy. I
also recognize that we are all responsible for the quality of our work, and
must remain quality and environment conscious in all of our activities.”
